Biography
Phil joined LOC in 2010 and is a Master Mariner and Director of Marine based in Perth.
Phil provides marine specialist support to internal and external clients in shipping and salvage, marine assurance and risk, and marine warranty services. He has an extensive background in deep-sea trades, the offshore industry, and in marine and marine logistics management.
He provides marine assurance leadership in the Australasian markets, and works to develop LOC’s relationships with all sectors of the maritime industry.
Phil covers all areas of marine consultancy and survey for the offshore and general shipping industries, which includes issues and operations associated with MODUs, support vessels, ocean towing, fleet and base management, specialist and general trading vessel voyages.
Phil has been engaged as an expert witness and marine expert in a number of matters moving towards court or arbitration.
