Good results from organisational development and change management. Established and managed one joint defence procurement organisation and later a joint organisation for technical management of all weapon systems in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
Experienced project and program portfolio manager. Member of several steering committees in international weapon systems programs. Experience as Chairman of the steering commitees for the Norwegian Army Armoured Combat Vehicle Program and the Nordic Standard Helicopter Program. Member of the board at Norwegian Centre of Project Management for several years.
Operational background from the Submarine Service as commanding officer, squadron commander and chief of staff. Additional operational experience from Joint Operational Headquarter.
