Dan Green

Dan is an associate director within the marine claims division at Tysers, working on claims across all marine classes of its insurance / reinsurance business including Port & Terminal Operators, H&M, P&I and Logistics / Cargo.

Dan assists a number of Tyser’s key clients in the presentation of their claims to Insurers with a specific focus on Ports and Terminals – in particular, liability, handling equipment / property damage and business interruption claims that can and do arise during the course of port operations. He actively engages with clients, seeking to understand their business along with the risks associated with their operations providing relevant and targeted loss prevention advice where appropriate.
